APSE

Course Overview

The APSE (Application Production Support Engineer) course is a practical, job-oriented IT training program designed to prepare students for real-time IT support and production support roles in live environments. Focused on Linux administration, SQL database management, ITSM ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira), shift-based work culture, and incident and problem handling, this course is ideal for fresh graduates, career changers, or professionals looking to enter the IT industry through application support, monitoring, and maintenance roles. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, real-world troubleshooting, and industry-relevant tools to help learners become job-ready IT support engineers.

Description

The APSE (Application Production Support Engineer) course simulates the real-world environment of an IT production support team within leading IT organizations. Learners are trained to monitor enterprise applications, log production issues, work with ITSM tools and support tickets, analyze root causes, and collaborate with developers or infrastructure teams for incident resolution. You’ll also gain hands-on experience in incident documentation, email communication for IT support, and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) management.

Linux training for production support covers file navigation, user permissions, process monitoring, and log analysis—key skills for any IT support engineer. The SQL for support engineers module focuses on data retrieval, system status checks, and basic scripting to identify application-level issues. Ticketing and incident management practice is conducted in ServiceNow-like environments, helping learners adapt to ITIL-based workflows used in real-time application support and monitoring.

This job-oriented IT support course not only builds technical and analytical skills but also trains learners in shift-based operations, response-time management, and cross-team collaboration—making them fully prepared for production support engineer roles in the IT industry.
